Technical Support Representative with French

For our client, a big electronics producer, we are looking for an advanced French speaker with a profile similar to the criteria mentioned below:

Responsibilities

– Receive calls from end customers, emails, social media requests, chats, messages
– Identifies the client’s needs correctly and offers the necessary support
– Providing prompt and accurate feedback to the client, depending on the nature of the resolution and the client’s availability
– Reports the information obtained from calls in the company’s database
– Cooperates with the hierarchical superiors or with the other departments in order to solve the requests coming from the clients
– Makes follow-up and scheduled calls to the client
– Checking the correctness of the information received through the communication channels regarding invoices and various documents related to the product sold by the company

Required skills and experience

– Positive attitude, communicative and proactive
– Advanced level of French language (at least C1), written and spoken
– Good PC operating skills
– Excellent communication and relationship skills, customer-oriented attitude
– Ability to organize and cooperate
– Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Other information

Work schedule:

40 h / week, Monday-Friday

Hybrid: 2 weeks WFH + 2 weeks office
